FAQ's

The answers to some of the questions here may help you before you contact us. 

Our current expertise is in apparel, and we are adding more types of products to the arsenal regularly. Let us know what it is you need through our contact form, and we will design/ produce almost anything that could qualify as corporate merchandise.

If you have a design, nothing like it. It means you already have something you obviously love, and we would be glad to incorporate the design into the product. If you have a concept, but not a design, share with us and we will design your product around your concept. 

If you don’t have a concept either, send us your intentions and we might just design something that suits your fancy!

At present, any order less that 100 pcs remains a retail order for us as it costs more to produce smaller customised batches than 100.

Drop us a line with the quantities you would like to help us work out the best solution for you. 

We should be able to deliver across India. We do not currently ship Internationally, but that could be arranged if the order size allows for a feasible solution.

Let us know where you want your delivery in your contact message if you believe your location is difficult to service.

Once you confirm the order, we will issue you an invoice with the required sum total for your order. 50% of this payment is to be made in advance for the process to begin. The payment can be made directly to our bank account via Internet Banking (details will be on the invoice issued).

The balance amount is to be paid once the order is complete.
